Ken Schuetz is the CEO and Founder of Aligned Influence Consulting and the creator of the Aligned Influence model.
The Aligned Influence model defines and aligns unique roles for the Board of Directors and the Executive Team. Ken is also an adjunct faculty in the Social Responsibility and Sustainability department at the Leeds School of Business in Boulder, Colorado. The Aligned Influence model defines roles for the Board of Directors and the Executive Team in three ordered pairs of roles which allows both to be more effective in their perspective duties independently and collectively. The Aligned Influence consulting process includes a proprietary assessment process which measures current alignment and effectiveness of both roles.
